4-H Mini Booths
Mini booth competition is open to 4-H  members located in our seven participating counties.  Those counties are
Bulloch, Bryan, Chandler, Evans, Jenkins, Screven and Tattnall.

All Blue Ribbons excluding grand prizes will be re-judged in each category for best in the following
categories:  Originality, Neatness and Creativity in Carrying Idea.

All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor and must be completed since the previous fair.  Only one mini-
booth can be entered per exhibitor.  Each county will have a  quota of booths.

Exhibits must conform to the space  allotted.  The space will be 28” deep, 31wide and 28” high.

Exhibits must be labeled with name, project and county.

Exhibits will be judged according to the score card.

An overall Blue ($7), red ($5) and White ($3) will be awarded to the best three entries in each division and
category prizes will receive $10 and a  certificate instead of a ribbon.  These exhibits will compete against
each other for prize money.

The four organizations with the greatest number of booths will be awarded as follows:  1st—$100; 2nd—$75;
3rd—$50;  4th—$25.

Exhibits will be checked in on Saturday, October 15, 2011 from 9 am
to 2 pm only.  There will be NO Sunday Check-in

All exhibits must remain until Sunday, October 23rd.  Exhibits will
be checked out between the hours of 2 pm and 4 pm.

Advisors picking up prize money need to have a list of names and ALL categories entered to present to
the fair office in order to get money.  Do Not bring ribbons or items entered to the office.  The Fair is not
